The building is a trapèze of 62,15 x 15, 20 m which follows the form of the site. The structure is formed of reinforced concrete walls of 22 cm thickness distanced of 4,62 m, which allows the optimisation of the parking area (places large of minimum 2,25 m). The structure forms the separative limit beetween the appartments, allowing a practical repartition of the usable floor area. In order to avoid using longitudinal beams, the slabs are loadbearing, with a thickness of 30 cm. An exterior balcony at each floor longs the main two facades of the building, forming terraces for all the appartments. These terraces, along with the latteral facades of the building, are colsed by a system of metal- ceramic stlatted shutters. Behind this first protective skin, the building is closed by sliding glass pannels on each level. The ceramic is a easy to find material, warm and familiar, and it is known in the Madrid architecture. The appartments are imagined in order to obtain a day-zone as large as possible, with an open space integrating a kitchen. All appartments are crossing-type, with a double orientation: the living areas on the street side, south-east, the bedrooms on the garden side, nord-west. The appartments on the ground floor have each a exterior terrace of 20 m2 on the garden side. The kitchens open to this space, in a relation with an exterior eating area. On the flat roof of the building there are photovoltaic panels installed in order to reduce its energy dependance. The acces to the three level undeground parking area is made by a ramp on the garden side. Individual storage rooms are found behind every parking place. On the ground floor, each entry has a refuse store and a bicycle storage space.
